You know what you should do... actually what we all should do, is find every single disrespectful or unprofessional thing Bryan has said (even quote shows in which he has said these things), put them together as well as the emails Bryan has sent(especially after Jazzmaster was totally sincere and polite in his apology) and email it to Dave about how unprofessional Bryan has been and how cruel and crude he's been.
Copy Bryan and make a point of stating that you are planning on sending it to every advertiser the site has, which by federal law all businesses are required to disclose to their customers(I am almost positive but I would have to ask my lawyer to be certain). Something about customer have a right to know if a company that goes against someone's religious beliefs or something have a right to a full refund if not disclosed about. Even if I am wrong about it there is a way to find out who the advertisers are.
Just say the word and I will ask my family attorney what kind of libel Bryan would be facing if he chose to ignore Jazzmaster is very reasonably AND REMARKABLY politely asking for. I mean, I'm not saying I want to sue him or anyone should, but maybe with the right legalize we can scare him into doing the right thing.
Also, even if you don't, I am going to find everything Bryan has said and read it live on the air to our thousands of listeners. And also, I'm considering having people mass email Bryan about what they have heard about him and let him know that they will never sign up for his site and no one they ever know will subscribe to his site because of his unprofessional behavior.
I'm really weird about people like this taking advantage of customers and abusing their power, so you might think I am overreacting but this one thing that I am passionate about when ANYBODY does.
Also, Bryan is a very unintelligent person because false advertising is not covered by having someone sign an agreement that he can cancel service at any time without reason and no refund. You want a refund for a subcription with false advertising. Nothing in there states "I may may falsely advertise and then not refund your money when you ask for it."
Maybe you don't find this as disrespectful as I would, but Bryan 100% in the wrong here and needs someone to teach him a little humility. Bryan obviously doesn't have a lawyer or has a shitty lawyer because there are so many holes in his service agreement that you could seriously fuck him up. Plus, by saying what he has said, he has denied himself the right to claim slander as everything he has said and done is well documented.
