I just listened to it and for some reason i never really enjoyed Nas before. By the way, the reason why i listened to it was that Hero was played on K4D. So, anyway i think the album was quite versatile and had some good beats. I dont know about the Lyrics, he talked about some strange shit, but also made some good points. Nothing new, nothing that hasnt been done before, but I liked it and I really enjoyed the Black President track.
All in All Thumbs up.

Great lyrics, some of the beats are kind of pop, but Nas is a talented enough rapper to get away with it. Like the reviewer on my website said, 8.5 out of 10.

Nas is one of my favorite lyricists in Hip Hop. I'm not a huge hip hop/rap fan, but I have listened to it close to all of my life on and off. I am a rocker through and through, but I don't think my ear for good hip hop or rap is all that far off from most people think.
