Cause god knows being a lawyer means you're constantly looking into consumer disputes and alerting the site owner of personal fraud.

Yeah, and he seems to think that if turns out I am wrong(which I am not) that this will hurt me in someway.

More drama:
Dude, I'm being respectful and saying only what I know. You're even beginning to back track. Don't be disrespectful. Stop spouting off orders at me like I'm one of your enamored little pawns. I stated what I knew, and you have done nothing to prove otherwise, except a sketchy message at the end of an email that could have meant honestly anything. Again, if the information I received was in correct you still... here:
You didn't say any of that? If you did, twice you made it clear that you not only did not have to refund him but you convinced him of that. Then, you threatened him with cancellation if he didn't stop pushing for what he RIGHTFULLY was entitled to. Tell me you didn't say that and I will "stop." Otherwise speak to me respectfully or don't speak to me at all.

He offered me a refund as well to get me to shut up about it. I'm probably going to take it.
I'm being paid HUSH MONEY (which was my money to begin with)

More
What the hell are you going on about? Show me where I said the TOS didn't matter? Unless you're referring to not providing PROMISED content, which would make them entitled to it. You should know that. Show me where I said I was going to file a class action lawsuit while you're at it. This conversation right now we're having is entirely separate from the fact that modifying legal documents is a crime. It has nothing to do with refunding someone or not refunding someone.
They are legally entitled to a refund by proration because you stated it in the Term of Service yourself before altering it, which is ILLEGAL. There's even a post in that same thread which basically mimicked what I told you last night.
Based on the emails, it looks a whole lot like you denied him a refund after asking to for you to end his sub. Then when he pointed out you were wrong about the Terms of Service, YOU CHANGED THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
Just because you can't separate todays conversation and yesterdays, you're talking about a class action lawsuit. Any lawsuit that COULD come would come from you altering the TOS and then imposing those changes on people that never agreed to them. Altering any legal document in which has been agreed upon by both sides is not taken lately. There are lawyer who specifically work on these cases and only these cases. It has nothing to do with the message board. Maybe I am not being clear enough. Any suit would come from you IMPOSING RULES WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE OTHER PARTY(S) INVOLVED. I even said I don't think anyone would or even should, I just said it was an option.
I don't want to cancel my sub, never have. You're making this personal, which is just bizarre. People can't talk about the subject matter, especially me it seems, without you make it personal? Again, I only pointed out what I knew. YOU emailed me with questions and I responded back. You said you believed I was wrong, saying HUNDREDS of lawyers on here said what you were doing is okay. I told you I didn't care, as I am only stating WHAT I KNOW.
Stop making it personal. I am only stating what I know. I am not being slanderous, I have legitimate sources to give the information I know. Like I said, IF I AM WRONG THEN IGNORE ME. It's not that difficult. Like you said, they are only WORDS.
Do I want you to get sued? No. I never have. I only pointed out that you could be and that I disagreed with what you were doing. Sue me.

LOUL, being that I have always disliked Bryan's attitude and how he treats his customers. I love this thread.

Wow, you know, I don't know Bryan, I only listen to his show once in awhile, and he's learned how to put on a very entertaining show. But clearly I see the guy really is a douchebag behind the scenes.
Then again, I shouldn't be surprised. He's a pro wrestler, after all. And in all honesty, I've not met many pro wrestlers who WERN'T douchebags. In fact, it's a very rare quality to meet a wrestler, get to know them and find out that they're a good person inside.

The inanely stupid part about this whole thing is that he's not a douchebag in person - he's a nice guy to talk to, eat a steak with, get drunk with and so on. It's just that being on the internet somehow brings out the worst side of the man - not unprecedented, I know.
